These buffalo chicken pinwheels are quick & easy appetizers that are excellent for serving up at big game day parties or family gatherings, but they're just as good for when you need a quick lunch!
3tablespoonswing saucemore for dipping or drizzling
2tablespoonscream cheeseroom temperature
1teaspoonranch seasoning
2largeflour tortillas
¼cupshredded cheddar
Instructions
Add the chicken, wing sauce, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mash the mixture together with a fork until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly between 2 tortillas and spread to the edges.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over each tortilla and roll up tightly.
Use a sharp knife to trim the edges of the tortilla off and then slice each tortilla into 5 pieces.
Arrange the pinwheels in an air fryer basket that’s been spritzed with oil spray or lined with parchment in an even layer. Cook at 370 degrees for 5 minutes or until as crispy as you'd like.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Drizzle or dip in extra buffalo sauce if you like more heat.You may swap the shredded cheddar for crumbled blue cheese, if preferred.Use low carb tortillas if you'd like to cut the carbs.These are a great snack/party food, but they also make a quick, easy, protein packed lunch.
