Parsnips are a healthy air fryer snack that you can be eating in under 10 minutes! The prep is quick and simple and the parsnips come out tender and flavorful.
Wash and peel parsnips. Cut parsnips in half lengthwise. If parsnips are on the larger side, cut into quarters.
Add parsnips to a mixing bowl with olive oil and seasonings and toss to coat.
Place parsnips in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Cooking time in air fryers can vary widely. Check for doneness after 10 minutes and continue cooking for 2-3 more minutes if necessary, until parsnips are tender and golden brown.We served these with Thousand Island dressing for dipping. Ketchup or ranch are also good, but parsnips are delicious on their own as well. Having a dip to use is an easy way for us to get our kids to try veggies they may not otherwise want to try.
