Add the egg rolls to the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each egg roll for air to flow.
Spritz the egg rolls lightly with oil spray for a crisper texture.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Flip egg rolls over and increase heat to 400 degrees. Air fry for 2 more minutes or until as crisp as you’d like.

Use what you like!If you're making multiple batches of egg rolls, cook the second batch for 5 minutes at 350 and then increase heat to 400 for 2 minutes or until as browned/crispy as you'd like. Once the air fryer is preheated from the first batch, the next batch cooks faster.
