These caramelized bananas only take 4 minutes in the air fryer. So simple and they turn out perfectly soft and sweet. We like to pile these over ice cream, oatmeal, or pancakes.
Peel the banana and slice into ½ inch thick rounds.
Melt the butter in the microwave in a medium bowl.
Once the butter has melted, add the banana, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and stir gently to coat the bananas in the spices.
Arrange in an even layer in a greased air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 4 minutes.

We like to serve these bananas over a bowl of oatmeal topped with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of melty peanut butter for breakfast. For dessert, these are delicious over ice cream with a drizzle of caramel sauce.
