Arrange pepperoni in a single layer in the basket. You will have to work in batches to cook all of the pepperoni.
Air fry at 380 degrees for 8 minutes.
Remove pepperoni to a paper towel lined plate to drain. Press a second paper towel over the top of the pepperoni to soak up any additional grease.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 1-2 days.
Notes
You will likely need to work in batches to make a whole package of pepperoni in the air fryer. Subsequent batches may cook a bit faster as the air fryer will be hot. Check at the 6 minute mark.We like to serve these with chive and onion cream cheese or ranch dressing for a dip.These crisp up after they cool, but do start to lose that crispness after a bit.
