Making air fryer lemon garlic chicken thighs is so easy and the flavor is bright, zippy, and just plain delightful! The lemon adds the perfect zip and everyone loves garlic.
Add the olive oil, honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Brush the mixture liberally over the chicken. Alternately, place the seasoning in a large bowl and add the chicken to the seasoning and toss to coat.

Spritz the basket of your air fryer with non-stick spray and arrange chicken thighs in a single layer. Air fry at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. When a thermometer inserted in the chicken reads 165 degrees, the chicken is done.
Sprinkle with parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
Notes
Make sure you flip the chicken halfway through cooking. If the skin is beginning to look too browned towards the end of cooking, flip chicken again to avoid burning. This chicken is wonderful cooked immediately after seasoning, but you can also season and store in the fridge for up to 12 hours before cooking to allow the flavors to really soak into the chicken.
