These chicken flautas are filled with a spicy buffalo chicken mixture and then air fried until they're crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside. Serve these up with a side of ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of hot sauce to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the chicken, garlic powder, onion, powder, and dill. Mix well to combine. Taste mixture and add more hot sauce as desired. See note.
Place 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Place seam-side down in an air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer. Spray with cooking spray.
Cook for 5-6 minutes or until flautas are as crispy as you’d like.
Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese, if desired.
Notes
To make extra spicy flautas, add cayenne pepper to the mixture. Adding too much hot sauce will make the filling too wet and cause it to leak out of the tortillas.
