Ingredients
20
dates
pitted
10
slices
of bacon
Instructions
Cut the bacon slices in half.
Wrap each date in a half slice of bacon and lay them, seam side down, in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Place basket in the air fryer and set to 350 degrees. Air fryer for 9-10 minutes or until bacon is as crisp as you’d like.
Remove the dates from the air fryer and drain on a paper towel to remove excess grease.
Serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
Notes
These are excellent served with a pungent cheese like blue cheese, goat cheese, gorgonzola, or Roquefort.
