This garlic parmesan asparagus cooks so quickly in the air fryer, making a perfect, easy side dish to serve with dinner. Plus, they are ready to eat in just 10 minutes!
Trim the ends off the asparagus and place in a mixing bowl.
Drizzle with the olive oil and toss to coat.
Add the Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt to the asparagus and stir well to combine.
Place the asparagus in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees for 7 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
Squeeze the lemon over the asparagus before serving.
Notes
The lemon brights up the asparagus and makes the flavors pop. You can leave it out if you're not a fan of lemon.We use the powdery Parmesan in the green in this recipe. It coats the asparagus better than freshly shredded Parmesan.
