Air Fryer Fish Sticks
Frozen fish sticks can have a crisp breading when you cook them right in the air fryer. We also provide a recipe for a homemade tartar sauce for a perfect little lunch!

Ingredients
For the fish sticks:

frozen fish sticks
For the tartar sauce:
1/4
cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
chopped dill pickles
1
teaspoon
minced fresh dill
or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2
teaspoon
lemon juice
½
teaspoon
onion powder
Instructions
Spritz the air fryer basket with oil.
Add the fish sticks in a single layer with room between each. Spritz the tops with oil lightly.
Air fryer at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, depending on how crisp you'd like the coating.
While the fish sticks are cooking, stir together all of the ingredients for the tartar sauce.
Serve fish sticks with tartar sauce, for dipping.
Notes
Leftover tartar sauce will keep in the fridge, covered, for up to 10 days.
