These steak kabobs cook in under 10 minutes with a delicious combo of tender steak and veggies.

For the kabobs:

sirloin steak
cubed

whole baby bella mushrooms

cracked pepper
For the marinade:

extra virgin olive oil

cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
lemon juice

chili powder

teaspoon
light brown sugar

teaspoon
ground cumin

teaspoon
fine sea salt

teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add cubed steak to the bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
After the steak has marinated, drizzle vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Preheat air fryer to 400F.
Place marinated beef and vegetables on the skewers, alternating between steak, mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
Place loaded skewers into the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 8 minutes for medium or 12 minutes for well done.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes prior to cooking.
Cut food bites into as close to equal size for even cooking.
