These air fryer fajitas turn out tender and flavorful every time thanks to the air fryer. Our homemade seasoning blend really amps up the flavor, but you could take a shortcut and use a packet of fajita seasoning if you're short on time.
Slice the steak into thin strips, cutting against the grain, and place in a large mixing bowl.
Slice the peppers and onion into strips and add to the steak.
Drizzle the oil over the steak and vegetables.
Add all of the seasonings to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Sprinkle the spice blend over the steak and vegetables and stir well to coat.
Place in an oiled air fryer basket and cook at 390 degrees for 12 minutes, shaking the basket gently every 5 minutes.
Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
