Our air fryer bagels are made from scratch with a mixture of self rising flour and Greek yogurt. The dough comes together so nicely and it's fun to shape your own bagels.
Spritz your air fryer basket with nonstick spray or line with perforated parchment paper.
Place the flour and Greek yogurt into a mixing bowl and stir well to combine into a ball of dough.
Place the dough onto a floured surface and divide into 4 evenly sized pieces of dough. Roll into balls.
Use your thumb to make a hole in the center of the dough ball and stretch and shape into a bagel. Repeat with remaining dough.
Arrange the bagels in your air fryer basket.
Brush the tops of the the bagels with egg and sprinkle with optional toppings.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through.
Repeat with remaining bagels.
Notes
To make your own self-rising dough take a cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder. Stir them all together in a small bowl.
