Air Fryer Tilapia is a simple, healthy way to get fresh fish on the table and it only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. We used our favorite blend of spices to season the tilapia, but you could any blend of seasonings you like. We like to serve this with over a bed of rice with steamed vegetables for a light, healthy dinner.
Drizzle the tilapia with olive oil and rub to coat both sides of the fish.
Combine the spices and sprinkle over the fish, rubbing to coat both sides with the seasoning.
Spritz or brush the basket of your air fryer with oil and place the fish in the basket in a single layer with space between each for air to flow.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, or until the fish easily flakes apart with a fork.
Sprinkle parsley over the top of the fish and serve with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
Tilapia should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees. The fish will easily flake apart when cooked through. You'll likely need to work in batches to fit the fish in your air fryer. Keep cooked fish warm on a plate covered with foil. Subsequent batches may cook faster as the air fryer will be hot.
