Radishes mellow out when cooked and turn into something that resembles a potato with just a slight kick to it. We love these as a low carb alternative to potatoes and they're the main reason we plant radishes in our garden every year.
Wash, dry, and trim the radishes. Cut into halves or quarters, depending on how large the radishes are.
Add radishes to a small bowl with the oil, garlic powder, and salt and toss to coat.
Add radishes to preheated air fryer and cook for 12 minutes or until radishes are fork tender. Shake halfway through cooking.
Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley before serving.

Raw radishes have a spicy kick to them, but that bite goes away when cooked and they mellow out nicely. They soften up much like a potato and can be seasoned in a number of ways. It's been pretty popular on TikTok to season radishes with taco seasoning before cooking lately.
