We love keeping a bag of frozen meatballs on hand for an easy weeknight meal or last minute appetizer! We toss these in BBQ sauce, serve over mashed potatoes, with a side of mixed veggies and a healthy, hearty dinner is on the table in just 15 minutes.
Spritz the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and add the meatballs in a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through cooking for even browning.
Remove from the air fryer and place in a bowl with the BBQ sauce. Toss gently to coat.
Serve hot.
Notes
Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice or mashed potatoes as a main course. Feel free to swap out the BBQ sauce for warm marinara and serve over pasta or on a toasted sub with mozzarella cheese.
