Halve the Brussels sprouts, chop the peppers into 1 inch pieces, chop the squash and zucchini into chunks, and chop the onion. Add all the vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the vegetables with oil and sprinkle on the seasonings. Stir to coat.
Pour vegetables into an air fryer basket and cook at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are as tender as you’d like. Shake basket every 5 minutes during cooking.
