Wingstop Cajun Fried Corn is a favorite and it's so easy to make our copycat version in the air fryer. Just 3 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes, and perfect for dipping in ranch dressing.
Remove the husk and silk from the corn and cut the corn into 4 pieces each, about 2-3 inches wide.
Melt the butter in a large bowl and add the Cajun seasoning. Stir to combine.
Add the corn to the butter and toss to coat, making sure to fully coat the corn.
Add the corn to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket gently every 5 minutes. Corn should be browned.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
We use Slap ya Mama seasoning. It's quite salty, so we don’t add additional salt. If you’re using another brand of seasoning, you may want to add salt. Taste and adjust as needed.
