Our Philly Cheese Steak Crunch Wrap takes about 15 minutes to cook and is absolutely amazing! Combining the Philly cheese steak with the Mexican-inspired crunch wrap is a match made in Heaven!
Finely chop the steak into small pieces. Dice the onion and pepper. Place everything in a large mixing bowl.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and seasoned salt to the bowl and stir to coat.
Line the bottom of the basket of your air fryer with parchment and pour the meat mixture on top.
Air fry at 390 degrees for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Arrange the flour tortillas on a work surface and place 1 slice of American cheese in the center of each. Divide the meat mixture evenly over each piece of cheese. Top with another slice of cheese, a tostada, and spread 1 tablespoon of mayo over each tostada.
Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the center, working your way all the way around the tortilla until it is fully enclosed. Spritz with oil spray.
Wipe out the air fryer basket and place the crunchwrap seam side down in the basket. Spritz the top with oil spray. You'll likely need to work in batches as most air fryers will not be large enough to cook all 4 at once.
Cook at 380 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Place in a 250 degree oven on a baking sheet to keep warm while making the rest of the crunchwrap supremes.
Serve hot.
Notes
You may use ground beef in place of steak for a more budget-friendly alternative. Cook the beef and vegetables in a skillet on the stove and then proceed as directed. You can cook the beef and vegetable mixture in a skillet on the stove, if preferred. Just cook until steak is cooked through and veggies are tender in a hot skillet.Be sure the meat mixture is still hot when assembling the crunchwrap or the cheese may not fully melt in the air fryer. You may use Cheez Whiz in place of American cheese, if preferred.
