These green beans are tossed with oil and parmesan cheese, seasoned with garlic, and then roasted in the air fryer. The result is a well seasoned tender-crisp green bean dish that is ready in 10 minutes!
Add the green beans to a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt and toss to combine.
Arrange the green beans in an air fryer basket and cook at 380 for 8-10 minutes or until beans are as tender as you’d like.
Squeeze a fresh lemon over the green beans before serving and season with additional salt as needed.
Notes
We use the powdery Parmesan cheese from the green can in this recipe. It coats the beans and sticks well. Fresh green beans are vital for this recipe. Canned beans will not work well following this method. We have not tested this with frozen green beans, though I believe they will work fine.
