These mini bagel pizzas are ready in just 15 minutes, making them pretty perfect for an easy lunch or quick dinner. The kids love to pile on their favorite toppings so it's a pretty fun family dinner.
Cut the mini bagels in half and place on a large plate. You should have 20 mini bagels.
Brush each half with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Add a scant tablespoon of pizza sauce to each, and spread evenly to cover the bagels in sauce.
Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the top.
Cover each mini pizza with shredded cheese and pepperoni.
Arrange the bagel pizzas in the air fryer in a single layer. You’ll likely need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden to your liking. Repeat with remaining bagels, keeping each batch warm on a plate topped with foil.

I'm a big fan of Rao's pizza sauce (or marinara - also totally works fine), but any brand you like will be just fine. Shredding the mozzarella yourself will give you the best melty goodness, but a bag of shredded will also work fine.Feel free to get creative with your toppings. I personally love pepperoni, black olives, and diced onion.Store in an airtight container or plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer or microwave.I find that 4-5 mini pizzas makes a decent serving if you have a salad or veggie to go alongside it for dinner!
