Easy air fryer chicken meatballs ready in just 15 minutes with simple ingredients. Tender, versatile, and perfect for meal prep, pasta, or grain bowls.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out portions of the meat mixture and roll into 20 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs in a single layer with a bit of space between each in your air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 7 minutes or until the meatballs have reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove the meatballs to a plate and cover with foil while you make the second batch of meatballs, if needed.
Serve hot.
Notes
These chicken meatballs go with just about anything! We like to serve them in a bowl with rice + veggies and a drizzle of some sort of sauce, such as Japanese BBQ, this easy garlic dressing, or a dollop of tzatziki. Lots of other options in the blog post above. For more browning on the outside of the meatballs, spritz with oil spray before cooking.
