Brush the corn with the oil and sprinkle with the seasoning to coat.
Wrap each piece of corn in the bacon, fully covering the corn, tucking the ends of the bacon under itself to help hold it in place.
Arrange corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a bit of space between each for air to flow. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until bacon is as crispy as you’d like.
Serve hot.
Notes
We love the sweet and savory flavors here with the sweet dry rub and salty bacon, but you can easily skip the bbq dry rub or replace it with another seasoning blend such as ranch seasoning or Cajun seasoning. Use a normal/thin cut of bacon for the best results. Thick cut bacon will take too long to cook through properly. For even more bacon coverage, use 3 pieces of bacon on each piece of corn.
