On those nights when dinner time sneaks up on us, we love using the air fryer to quickly make cheeseburgers straight from the freezer. These are ready in about 12 minutes with no prep at all!
Add the hamburger patties to the basket of your air fryer.
Air fry the burgers at 380 for 6 minutes.
Open the basket and sprinkle ¼ of the seasoning on each burger, flip the burgers, and season the other side with the remaining seasoning.
Continue air frying for 5 more minutes or until burgers have reached your desire doneness.
Turn the air fryer off. Place the cheese slices on the burgers and close the air fryer for 1 minute. The residual heat will melt the cheese.
Serve burgers on a bun with desired toppings.
Notes
You may use smaller or larger hamburger patties, but the cook time will need adjusted accordingly. We recommend using a meat thermometer to test for doneness.We use Kinder’s Buttey Burger seasoning, but any seasoning you prefer will work well here. Feel free to adjust the amounts to suit your tastes.Suggested toppings: Ketchup, mustard, dill pickles, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, or fry sauce.
