Our AIR FRYER PORK TENDERLOIN recipe will give you a tender, well-seasoned tenderloin that is easy to make! Follow this recipe and you will avoid overcooking your delicate tenderloin, while still getting a slightly crisp outer crust on your tenderloin.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
Rub the pork tenderloin with the oil and season all sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place in the basket of your air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking, or until pork reaches 145-150 degrees.
Let pork rest for 5 minutes.
While pork is resting, whisk together the butter, garlic, onion powder, and parsley.
Pour the garlic butter over the hot pork.
Slice pork into 1-inch thick slices and serve.
Notes
Be sure to verify the internal temp of the tenderloin is above 145 degrees F before you stop cooking. We add the garlic to the butter while it's still hot so that the garlic cooks a bit in the hot butter.
