Instructions
Add the broccoli to a colander and rinse under running water. Drain well, but do not pat dry. A bit of water still clinging to the broccoli is ideal.
Add the broccoli to your air fryer basket and drizzle with the olive oil. Use your hands or a pair of tongs and toss well to coat the broccoli in the oil.
Sprinkle on the seasoning and toss again.
Air fry at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, depending on how browned and crispy you’d like your broccoli.
Serve hot.
Notes
Most packaged broccoli florets will have already been washed, but the pre-cut florets tend to be a bit dry. We run them under water to wake them back up and give them a little drink. This will help them not dry out too much as they cook. Don't skip this step for the best texture.Use any seasoning you like, depending on what you're serving your broccoli with.
