Add the cream cheese and brown sugar to a small bowl and mix together with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Separate the biscuits in half so you have 16 biscuits total, then slightly stretch them out or roll them out to about 3 inches wide.
Drop about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit, then add 1 tablespoon of the cherry filling over that.
Pull the sides up, press together, and roll into a ball, making sure the filling is fully sealed inside the biscuit dough.
Brush with melted butter and air fry at 350 for 6-8 minutes, until golden.
While they air fry, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
Once they are done in the air fryer, use tongs, to dip them in the glaze and turn to cover completely.
Place on a cooling rack over a sheet of parchment paper to let the glaze solidify before eating.
Notes
These are best served just after the glaze sets while the filling is still slightly warm.Use any flavor of pie filling that you like, but make sure that the filling is in small chunks so it fits in the biscuit dough nicely.
