Peel and dice the turnips and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss to coat.
Spread the turnips in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through cooking. Turnips are finished cooking when they are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
Notes
Smaller turnips have a sweeter, more mild flavor than larger turnips.These make a great low carb substitute for roasted potatoes! They clock in at around 7g net carbs per serving.
