Air Fryer Hot Pockets

by Karly

AIR FRYER HOT POCKETS are ready in 10 minutes with a crispy crust and hot, cheesy center! My kids love to make these for lunch!

Two hot pockets resting in an air fryer basket.

My kids used to microwave Hot Pockets for lunch on the regular, which was fine, except for the fact that the whole house smelled of delicious pizza.

It’s basically torture for the people not eating the Hot Pockets! Who can resist that smell??

The only problem with microwaving Hot Pockets is that the crust never really gets crispy. Which is fine, if you like them soft! But I like mine to have a perfectly crispy, flaky crust…and that’s where the air fryer comes in to play!

These do take a few minutes more than the microwave, but it’s all hands off time and totally worth it!

Let Rest – We let these rest for 2 minutes after cooking. Don’t skip this step – it lets the Hot Pocket finish cooking on the inside.
