Frozen breadsticks look good, smell good, and taste good when you cook them with your air fryer!Air frying frozen breadsticks is the best way to get a fresh tasting breadstick with minimal effort! The ease and taste of frozen breadsticks that were air fried is too good to pass up!

Making frozen breadsticks in the air fryer is so simple and quick that you’ll be making breadsticks every night of the week!

A pile of breadsticks on a small black plate.

I have mentioned this in other publishings before, but the air fryer is an amazingly simple tool for us to use in our kitchen. I truly don’t even know what life would be like without one these days?

For us, it would be very similar to going back to days without a microwave. That lost convenience would be severely missed in my life.

I love that I can toss fresh or frozen food in the air fryer and it’s going to cook quickly without sacrificing texture or flavor.

Take these air fryer frozen breadsticks….remove from the freezer, place in the air fryer, push 3 buttons, and boom…DONE! How can you beat that?!

Just like our air fryer frozen french fries, these breadsticks are on repeat in our house. They’re just too easy not to enjoy!

Ingredient Notes:

Breadsticks – We are using frozen breadsticks for this recipe. We’ve tried this both with the cheese stuffed breadsticks (yum!) and the plain. Both work perfectly. No need to thaw before baking.

How to Make Frozen Breadstick in the Air Fryer:

It couldn’t be simpler! Just place the breadsticks in a single layer with some space between them. We can generally fit 5 breadsticks at a time in our air fryer, but that will vary based on the size of air fryer you’re using.

Air fry at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Take a peek at your breadsticks and let them cook another minute or two if you’d like them more golden brown.

FAQ:

Does the recipe change with cheesy breadsticks?

No. As long as the cheese is in the center, the recipe is the same with plain and cheesy breadsticks.

What are good dips for breadsticks?

Alfredo sauce, nacho cheese, marinara, or garlic butter are all perfect dips for breadsticks.

Recipe Tips

Have leftover breadsticks from your favorite restaurant? Believe it or not, this recipe will work for those too! Pop your leftover breadsticks in the air fryer at 350 for 2 minutes to refresh them. They’ll be soft and warm again!
