Our AIR FRYER BONELESS PORK CHOPS turn out tender and juicy every time! Simple seasonings make for a classic flavor that your family will love any night of the week!

We love pork chops in this house, but only if they’re tender and juicy. No tough, dry pork chops for us!
We love the versatility of boneless pork chops – toss them on the grill, bake them in the oven, throw them in a skillet, and now we’ve even perfected our pork chops in the air fryer.
They turn out so tender and juicy every time and it’s beyond simple to change them up to use whatever seasonings you prefer.
Much like our air fryer BBQ chicken and our air fryer drumsticks, we bust out the air fryer regularly to make these air fryer boneless pork chops.
Serve with some brussels sprouts (recipe coming soon!) or our air fryer tater tots!
Ingredient Notes:
Pork Chops- We are looking for boneless center-cut pork chops. For this recipe, we have half-inch thick chops. If yours are thinner, you will need to be on the lower side of the cooking time. If yours are thicker, then you will need to cook more on the longer side of the cooking recommendation.
Seasoning- The seasoning blend is pretty basic. You should have no problem finding olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

How To Make Pork Chops in the Air Fryer:
Seasoning – In a small bowl stir together your garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Then drizzle a bit of oil over your pork chops. Now sprinkle the mixed seasoning over the pork chops and rub the seasoning into both sides of the pork chops.

Cook – Cook the pork chops in a preheated air fryer for 10 minutes. Check the center temperature of the pork chops and ensure they are 150 degrees F. If not cook for an additional one or two minutes and check again. Time may vary based on the thickness of your pork chops and your model of air fryer.
Let the pork chops rest for five minutes before serving.

Frequently Asked Questions:
The pork chops are best left in the fridge for only 3-5 days after you cook them. Make sure they are in an air tight container for storing.
We like to use the air fryer for reheating almost everything. For these, heat the air fryer to 300 degrees and cook for 4 minutes or until warm. This will vary based on the thickness of your pork chop.
Pork can safely be cooked to 145 degrees, but we do prefer a bit more well done than that. We cook pork chops to 150 degrees and then allow them to rest for 5 minutes. This will create a tender, juicy pork chop with just a hint of pink in the center. Cooking past 150 degrees will create a drier, tougher chop.
Make It a Meal:
- Serve these chops with air fryer cauliflower or low carb zucchini!
- If carbs are your friend, as they are mine, I love pork chops with roasted sweet potatoes as a side dish! Also, cheese stuffed crescent rolls are amazing with everything!
- Sausage stuffed mushrooms are a good appetizer for this meal.
- For dessert, if you want to keep your air fryer hot try these apple hand pies or indoor s’mores!

Got my fryer about a year ago. At first I did simple things, boy lately I have been doing whole meals in it. These pork chops are the latest thing. We loved them. Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I’ll be fixing these for lunch on Christmas day for my daughter and her family.

Tonight was the second time I’ve fixed this recipe. First time I was still getting use to my airfryer, ended up cooking it too long. Made them again tonight. They came out great. Its been added to go to recipes.

I cooked 3 pork chops each 1 1/4 inches thick. My air fryer broke, so I baked them in a pan with a rack in the oven at 425 degrees F for 26 minutes, flipping them half way through the cook time. I doubled the spices and covered all sides of each chop. My daughter and I loved them, they were perfect! My husband liked them but thought spices were a bit too much. Will adjust for him next time. Thanks for this recipe.

I was just looking for how long to cook boneless pork chops but noticed that I had all of the ingredients for this rub on hand. It went together quickly, the chops cooked up perfectly and they were DELICIOUS! I normally eat pork chops with BBQ sauce, but this didn’t need it. I’m going to pin this recipe and use it again.

Followed recipe heated for 5 minutes, cooked for 11 minutes flipp 1/2 way through just to make sure they were evenly cooked on both side, they were both totally pink inside so cut in 1/2 & added another 4 minutes still very tender , maybe just thicker than most
Karly Campbell says
Hi Donna! We cook pork chops to around 150, which will still be a little pink. You can definitely cook longer if you prefer them more well done, as you found. Glad you enjoyed the recipe!

Question on the nutrition is it 1g per pork chop, or how many servings are there for 4 total.
Karly says
Hi Julia! The nutrition is for 1 pork chop.

I have a ninja air fryer- love, love, love it. I hardly use my oven anymore and I cook for 4-5 adults every night
Karly says
That’s amazing! 🙂
Dominique Lillo says
Very tender and tasty. Used in my Instant Pot air fryer. I allowed the olive oil and seasoning to marinate the meat for two hours prior to air frying.

Thanks for sharing! 🙂

5 star recipe. Switched out everything bagel spice and a dash of paprika. I use a Kalorik Air Fryer. I love it. Takes place of almost every appliance even my oven (I only cook for 1-2people). Great recipe. I cooked with my asparagus and set time for only 5-7 minutes. Thin pork chops no bones.

So glad you enjoyed the recipe, Nancy! Thanks for sharing!
Vicki says
These were the best pork chops I’ve ever eaten…..bone in or bone out. They were juicy, with wonderful flavor from the spices in the rub. Even my husband commented on how good they were, and he isn’t one to get excited about what he eats one way or the other!
Karly says
So happy to hear that! Thanks, Vicki!
Mary LeFevre says
I enjoyed this. I did pull the chops about 3 minutes early and let them rest.

I find it hard to believe that 33 people had no written reviews only starred the recipe?
Karly says
I’m not sure why that’s hard to believe? Much easier to click a button than to leave a whole comment.
Jeanette says
What is the best brand of air fryer. Thank you.
Karly says
Hi Jeanette! We’ve tested so many and our current favorites are the Cosori and the Instant Vortex (affiliate links). Neither are terribly loud, both cook really well, and the size is similar between the two.
Jacque says
Turned out moist and flavorful
