Recipe tips:
This recipe can be served alone or as a side dish with a larger meal. We like to eat egg rolls with white rice or fried rice most of the time.
Egg rolls are also fantastic when dipped in sweet and sour sauce. This is the most common dipping sauce of course. I would like to encourage you to try dipping your egg rolls in yum yum sauce though. It is the same sauce you would normally find at a Japanese steakhouse. It is a mayonnaise-based sauce that is a bit sweet, but dang it is good!

If you're making multiple batches of egg rolls, cook the second batch for 5 minutes at 350 and then increase heat to 400 for 2 minutes or until as browned/crispy as you'd like. Once the air fryer is preheated from the first batch, the next batch cooks faster.
