These air fryer Brussels sprouts call for just 4 ingredients and cook in only 10 minutes! They are a great option for a snack or side dish that you can make with ease, anytime.

If you are interested in easy-to-make, crispy Brussels sprouts then you have to try them in your air fryer. With our recipe, they turn out tender on the inside with browned crispy edges that are just irresistible.
We make these for a quick 10-minute side dish to go alongside our air fryer steak bites, air fryer scallops, and air fryer drumsticks. Yes…we have multiple air fryers so we can easily cook the whole meal in there…we’re obsessed!
If you like sprouts, you’ve got to try these. And if you don’t, you should still give them a try! They’re nothing like grandma’s boiled Brussels sprouts. 😉
Ingredient Notes:
Brussels Sprouts – Fresh will always have the best flavor. The best sprouts for this recipe will be firm and tightly packed. Try to avoid black spots or yellowing leaves.
Recipe Tips!
Don’t be afraid to take your time to pick out good Brussels sprouts at the grocery store! If you get larger Brussels sprouts, they are similar to firm cabbage. Smaller ones will have a slightly sweet taste.
Whether going large or small, you want to find sprouts that are tightly layered rather than have their outer leaves falling off.

Question: cut in half or quarters? Story says half, picture looks half but recipe says quarters. Thank you. Making tonight.

Hi Jeannie! Sorry for the confusion! We cut them in half, unless any are extra large and we cut those into quarters so they cook evenly. 🙂
