We make these for a quick 10 minute side dish to go alongside our air fryer steak bites, air fryer scallops, and air fryer drumsticks. Yes…we have multiple air fryers so we can easily cook the whole meal in there…we’re obsessed!

If you like sprouts, you’ve got to try these. And if you don’t, you should still give them a try! They’re nothing like grandma’s boiled Brussels sprouts. 😉

Ingredient Notes:

Brussels Sprouts – Fresh will always have the best flavor. The best sprouts for this recipe will be firm and tightly packed. Try to avoid black spots or yellowing leaves.

Balsamic Vinegar – This just adds a touch of sweetness and tang to the Brussels sprouts. You can drizzle a bit more on at the end, for a bigger punch, if desired.

How to Air Fry Brussels Sprouts:

Prepare the sprouts – Wash them and trip the ends off the sprouts. Next, slice them in half. Add them all to a bowl and top with avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Toss to coat them.

Cut brussels sprouts in a clear glass bowl.

Cook them up – Cook these seasoned sprouts for 10 minutes at 390 degrees F. Shake them halfway through to help them cook evenly. Check them and if you would like them to be more tender, cook in additional one minute increments.

Is there a dip for Brussels sprouts?

Sure thing! Dip these in garlic aioli for a fun appetizer!

Can I air fryer frozen Brussels sprouts?

Yep, you sure can! They won’t crisp up quite as nicely as fresh and they may need a bit more time. We do prefer fresh Brussels sprouts.
