This collection of air fryer egg rolls covers it all, from savory weeknight dinners and game day apps to dessert egg rolls that nobody sees coming. Making egg rolls in the air fryer is easy and these recipes prove it.

Egg rolls have been a staple in our house for years, but making them at home always felt like a bit of a project. A big pot of oil, careful monitoring, timing everything just right. Once I started making them in the air fryer, all of that changed.
The air fryer gets the wrapper crispy and golden without any of hassle of deep frying. Plus, the process is fast enough for a weeknight, which means we actually make these quite a bit more often.
We started with the classic sausage egg roll (the one that started the obsession in my house!) and things kind of spiraled from there. Breakfast egg rolls. Cheeseburger egg rolls. Cuban egg rolls. Apple pie egg rolls. Once you realize the wrapper is basically a blank canvas for whatever sounds good, you start getting a little creative. 😉
Grab a pack of wrappers. You’re going to want to work through all of these.

BONUS RECIPE: Air Fryer Frozen Egg Rolls (For those very busy days)

Sometimes you just need a quick snack without any fuss, and that’s exactly what this is for. Frozen egg rolls come out of the air fryer crispy on the outside and perfectly warmed through on the inside. No thawing, no deep frying, no stress. It’s the easiest win in the kitchen.
